Highly professional staff, delicious breakfast, unbeatable location adjacent to main train station, the main bridge and ferry terminal. Clean and perfectly fine hotel in Old Town district. Comforts of superior single room were fabulous - central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. Bed was comfortable and I loved a large bathroom.

That place was functional including fantastic staff and location. Also, I loved how top the location was. Plus, 5 minutes drive from an interactive transport museum. Late check-out.

Would stay here again when in Lucerne, it was a very positive stay. A wonderful beach, pleasant view. Efficient check-in and fantastic service.

Superb stay in a cool hotel. Strategic location, delicious food, sweet staff. Walking distance to a chapel and a theatre. The room was silent and I thoroughly enjoyed wooden furniture. Good pool and local beach.

The staff was incredibly polite and the bed was very clean. The breakfast was substantial, featured plenty of meals. I thoroughly enjoyed deluxe junior suite. Efficient service everywhere too. By the way, I paid extra gbp 24 per day to park my car.

A great stay. The rooms were air-conditioned and huge. Its location was very central, a short walk to The Rosengart Collection. The rooftop bar was amazing and the drinks were warm.

I appreciated location and staff mainly. And it also had panoramic view. Great looking hotel in shopping area. Again, it was not too far away from old town lucerne. Easy check-in too...

a magnificent position, deluxe hotel, loyal staff. we were offered deluxe room with a heating system, an electronic key card and multi-channel television which were very good. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. for dinner, we went to pacifico, it was very close to the venue. besides, for internet venue charges for chf 25 per day.

We loved reception, it was charming. We had PERFECT breakfast with great view. Premier location - close to rathaus.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Breakfast was extensive and staff dedicated. Room was calm and fashioned with an absolutely clean bathroom. We walked everywhere in Lucerne and bars and restaurants were near the hotel. Quick check-in.
